Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Instagram Messaging Data
Our Service connects to Our own Instagram professional account through Meta's official Instagram Platform. When You send a direct message to @uaefootballnetwork, We receive and process that message in order to read it, manage it, and respond to You. Specifically, with Your message We may process:
- The content of the messages you send to Our account, and Our replies to you
- Your Instagram-scoped user ID, username and public display name
- Any media or links you attach to your message
- The date and time of the conversation
We only access messages that You voluntarily send to Our account. We do not access Your private
conversations with any other account, Your followers, or any content You have not directed to Us.
This processing relies on the Meta permission instagram_business_manage_messages and is
used solely to view, manage and respond to the messages You send Us.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To respond to Your messages and provide You with information, guidance and an honest assessment in reply to what You have asked Us.
- To manage Your enquiry — our staff view and manage conversations in a secure, password-protected internal dashboard, and may take a conversation over to reply to You personally.
- To contact You where you have expressed serious interest and provided contact details, so that a member of our team can follow up with you.
- To operate, maintain and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell Your Personal Data. We do not use the content of Your Instagram messages for advertising or marketing to third parties, and We do not attempt to re-identify any aggregated or anonymised information.
Automated Processing (Artificial Intelligence)
To respond helpfully and quickly, the content of Your message may be processed by a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model) to generate a suggested reply. Only the conversation text needed to produce a reply is sent for this purpose. This processing is carried out under Anthropic's terms and is used only to serve Your conversation. You are always able to ask to speak with a human, and Our staff review and can take over conversations at any time.
Disclosure and Sharing of Your Personal Data
We may share Your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Meta Platforms — as the operator of Instagram and WhatsApp, which transmit the messages between You and Us.
- Service Providers — the AI provider described above (Anthropic), Our server and hosting provider, and a business-messaging provider used to notify Our staff of a serious enquiry (for example, a WhatsApp Business alert to a team member). These providers process data only on Our behalf and only to deliver the Service.
- Legal requirements — where required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of assets, in which case We will notify You before Your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy — that is, to manage Your enquiry and any resulting follow-up, and to comply with Our legal obligations. Conversation records are typically retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Delete Your Personal Data
How to request deletion of your data
You have the right to ask Us to delete the Personal Data We hold about You. To request deletion, you can either:

Please include your Instagram username so we can locate your conversation. We will delete the personal data associated with your conversation within 30 days of a verified request, except where We are required to retain it by law. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
You may also request to access, correct, or receive a copy of Your Personal Data using the same contact details.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted and password-protected access to Our internal dashboard, and secrets kept out of public code. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
